To get to the Main Building or Annex 1, you can also use the Subnade underground shopping mall (Subnade, exit 15b) from JR Shinjuku Station, Seibu-Shinjuku Station, Shinjuku subway station or Shinjuku-Sanchome Station.

Annex 2 and the New Wing of Annex 2 are near exit E1 at Shinjuku-Sanchome Station of the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line.
The Main Building parking lot cannot be used while earthquake-resistance construction is being conducted (from April 1, 2014 through mid-November 2015).
While construction is in progress, the Shinjuku Subnade parking lot can be used. Since the number of parking spaces is limited, however, please use public transportation if at all possible.
