Social Insurance Premium (National Pension) Deduction Certificates to Be Sent Out
・ The full amount of National Pension premiums you pay is eligible for a social insurance premium deduction
・ If you paid National Pension premiums on behalf of a family member, you can also claim the deduction for that amount
・ You may need a certificate of deduction for social insurance premiums (National Pension) to claim the deduction
The Japan Pension Service will mail out the certificate in November. Please use this certificate when filing your year-end tax adjustment or final tax return. If you pay your National Pension premiums between October 1 and December 31, 2025, the certificate is scheduled to be sent in early February 2026.
