My Number Card (Individual Number Card)

The My Number is a twelve-digit number assigned to each person who has a residence record.
The My Number card (individual number card) is a photo ID IC card with your name, address and other information on the front and your individual number on the back. An electronic certificate from a public personal authentication service is a standard service installed in the IC chips. This electronic certificate can be used to log in to the Mynaportal and to take advantage of certificate-issuing services at convenience stores.

Note: Your My Number card expires when your period of stay ends, and If the Immigration Services Agency has granted you permission to extend your period of stay, please notify the City Office before your card expires and update the information on it.
