Post-Childbirth Programs

There are support programs for new mothers and their babies. This includes help for concerns such as worries because you don’t have anyone to help with childrearing when you go home and when you are so tired from childbirth and childrearing that you don’t feel well.
There are three types of programs: short stays overnight at a support facility; day service in which you can commute during the day; and outreach in which a midwife comes to visit your home. You must register in advance.
