There are Children’s Halls (Jidokan) in each area of the city, offering a wholesome play area for children, opportunities to make friends, special events, and consultation services.
These facilities also have toddler clubs, provide information on child-raising to parents, and offer consultation services. They can also be used as a place for families to visit together.
