Lump-sum Childbirth and Childcare Allowance

New mothers enrolled in National Health Insurance in Shinjuku City can receive a lump-sum childbirth and childcare allowance. Those who had miscarriages or stillbirths are also eligible if the pregnancy lasted for eighty-five days or longer.
