Learning materials and textbooks for people who want to learn Japanese can be found here. Also, you can study independently while using the textbooks as reference. The area is maintained mainly by volunteer Japanese-language teachers and tutors.
Foreign Resident Consultation Corner
Consultation services are available for foreign residents having difficulty in everyday life in Japan. Consultants offer advice on how to work toward resolving problems. The services are free of charge.
Consultation Support Center for Foreign Residents
Various types of guidance and information concerning immigration and visas are available.

Reference and Information Corner
There are various kinds of reference materials here that offer such useful information as that on everyday living for foreign residents, classes and events, city administration, local government, and volunteering.
Multi-purpose space
Japanese-language classes, lectures for international understanding and other events are held in this space. You can use it as a free space when there are no classes or events.
You can also reserve the space for multicultural activities.
