Let’s Check Your Child’s Dental and Oral Health!

Free Dental and Oral Health Checkup and Fluoride Treatment
Shinjuku City offers free dental and oral health (dental) checkups and fluoride treatments twice a year.

Eligible Age Children born between April 2, 2016 and April 1, 2021 who live in Shinjuku City.
Valid Period Between May 1, 2023 and March 31, 2024 (two times)
Checkup Procedures A checkup slip in an illustrated envelope will be mailed to the parents/guardians of eligible children at the end of April. Please make a reservation with one of the dental institutions listed in the announcement enclosed with the checkup slip and have your child undergo the checkup. If you do not receive a checkup slip, please call the number below.
Note: Your child can only undergo dental and oral health checkups.
