No-Interest Loans Available to Cover Entrance Examination Fees and Juku (Cram School) Expenses
Entrance Examination Students Challenge Support Program
No-interest loans are available to cover entrance examination fees for high school, university or other program or institution of higher learning, as well as for juku cram school expenses. If you are admitted to a high school or university or other such program or institution of higher learning, you will not have to pay back the loan.
Income restrictions apply, and it takes about one month from the time you apply until you receive the loan. Although one guarantor is required for the loan, please call for advice if this is difficult for you. Please call for more information.
