Shinjuku City’s Public Baths
Shinjuku City has public baths in twenty-one locations. Each has its own character. Some have an outdoor rotenburo bath or sauna, for example, while others have murals in the bathing area, and some offer the nostalgic retro atmosphere of the Taisho/Showa eras.
In this issue we’ll describe Shinjuku City’s public baths, which overflow with unique charm.
